•A non-refundable security deposit is required upon booking. For permanent makeup services, we require a deposit of $100.00, and touch up/non permanent services $75.00. 

•Deposits are used towards service appointments. 

•Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is made. 

•Cancellations are only accepted 72 hours before appointment without loss of deposit. 

•Rescheduling may only be completed through online booking no more than 2 times. 

After your first cancellation, full payment is required to be made upon rebooking. 

•If you have rescheduled for COVID reasons, you are asked to provide your test results at your appointment to avoid penalty. 

•Please review the Pre care guidelines 48 hours before scheduled appointment. If you do not meet the Pre Care standards and requirements, we have the right to refuse service. 

•If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged a no show fee and lose your appointment. 

•No show’s and same day Cancelations will lose deposit and will be charged full amount of the service. 

•Permanent Makeup services have a strict 18+ policy.

•You are asked to sign your waiver 48 hours before your appointment time/date. 

•“Cover Up“  work can only be done if previous work is 40% faded.

•All clients with previous work done from another artist must submit a photo via email to bladingbylyns@outlook.com and receive approval before booking. 

•It is the clients responsibility to review and follow the Pre care and Post care requirements for optimal results. 

•Touch ups can only be performed on returning clients. Any foreign tattooing touch up counts as a full set.

• NO kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please limit to 1 guest.

• We are not liable for any changes to the brows once the final decision has been approved during consultation. To ensure satisfaction, please carefully review drawn shape and colour prior to starting tattoo process.

•All clients and students must respect and follow our privacy and clinic policies. All learning and working materials are property of Blading by Lyns. Blading by Lyns has all Rights to ownership of learning materials such as in class curriculum and manual. Students are not permitted the use of our manuals for copywright or teaching materials.

•Students are to complete homework assigned by Trainer for evaluation.

•By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
