Terms and Conditions

Please read the following policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.


Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable security deposit is required to secure all appointments.
    • Permanent Makeup Services: $100.00 deposit
    • Touch-Up/Non-Permanent Services: $75.00 deposit
  • Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the scheduled service.
  • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
  • Clients may reschedule a maximum of two times using the online booking system. After the first cancellation, full payment is required at the time of rebooking. 
  • Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the deposit and incurring a no-show fee.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and a charge of the full cost of the service.
  • All deposits, prepayments, and services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

Service Policies

  • Permanent Makeup Services are strictly available to clients 18 years and older.
  • A waiver must be signed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and following all Pre-Care and Post-Care Guidelines to ensure optimal results. Failure to comply may result in service refusal.
  • Clients with existing work from another artist must submit clear photos via email to bladingbylyns@outlook.comfor approval prior to booking.
  • "Cover-up" work can only be performed if existing work is at least 40% faded.
  • Touch-up services are exclusively for returning clients. Any work done over existing tattoos from another artist is considered a new set, not a touch-up.
  • Please limit guests to one person per appointment. Children and pets are not permitted in the studio due to safety, hygiene, and insurance reasons.
  • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with shape or color after the final design has been approved during consultation. Please ensure all details are carefully reviewed before proceeding with the tattoo process.

Student & Training Policies

  • All clients and students must respect the studio's privacy and clinic protocols.
  • All educational materials, including manuals and curricula, are the intellectual property of Blading by Lyns and are protected under copyright law.
  • Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of training materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are required to complete assigned homework for evaluation by the trainer.

Please note: All services, deposits, and prepayments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking an appointment or enrolling in training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
